Coach As You Are (CAYA)
Embodied Group Supervision for Coaches

Deepening Presence. Strengthening Self-Trust.

You care deeply about your clients.

You want to sit with someone in their mess, their silence, their breakthroughs, and feel confident in the value you bring.

But after sessions, you catch yourself replaying every word, every silence: Did I push too hard? Was that pause powerful or just awkward? Why did I jump in there?

It’s not your skills. It’s self-doubt in action.

So you chase another certification, another framework, another way to finally feel like you’ve got this.

Here’s the truth: The best tool you have is you. And like any instrument, you just need to tune it.

When Coaching Starts to Feel Heavier Than It Should

You’re in a session. Your client hesitates. Your stomach tightens. Your breath disappears. You lean in, just a little, because if you don’t, who will?

Before you know it, you’re:

  • Filling silence because uncertainty feels uncomfortable

  • Rescuing because their discomfort triggers yours

  • Replaying sessions in the shower, the car, at 3 a.m

  • Preparing excessively because spontaneity feels risky

  • Taking responsibility for insight landing properly

  • Carrying the emotional tone of the session long after it ends

You remain competent, but the work begins to feel heavier than it needs to be.

When we consistently push a little harder than necessary, sustainability slowly narrows. Confidence becomes more fragile. And coaching becomes exhausting and less fun!

Professional Supervision Focused on the Instrument

~

Professional Supervision Focused on the Instrument ~

Coach As You Are is a small-group, professional supervision space for trained or certified coaches who are actively coaching.

This is not

Coaching training

❌ Embodiment training

❌ A place to learn a new model or tool

❌ A space to perform or “get it right”

❌ A place to sit on the sidelines

This is for you if:

  • You are trained or certified and actively coaching

  • You are seeking supervision hours

  • You want to examine how your own patterns shape your coaching

  • You are willing to slow down and be seen in uncertainty

  • You value professional rigor and sustainability

It is group supervision for practitioners who already know the tools and want to refine the instrument.

Embodied supervision means we examine how breath, posture, nervous system activation influence your timing, boundaries, and judgment in real time.

We look at the moment before you move, not just the move itself. Your body is not something to fix. It is part of your professional awareness.

Over time, this strengthens:

Embodied presence—the ability to be fully here, not in your head.

Embodied self-trust—confidence in your timing, your pauses, your choices.

So you can:

  • Hold silence comfortably.

  • Interrupt because it serves the client, not your discomfort.

  • Set boundaries without second-guessing them later.

  • Leave sessions with energy in your body, not emotional residue.

  • Listen to your intuition more clearly and use it intentionally in your coaching.

This is embodied supervision: A space to slow down, notice what’s happening in you during real sessions.

Turn self-doubt into self-trust, performance into presence.

After This, Coaches Say:

  • 5 sessions. 2 hours each. Max 6 coaches. Online.
Sessions are confidential and not recorded.

    Each session includes:

    • A brief embodied arrival to support regulation

    • Supervision of real coaching cases

    • Group reflection to illuminate patterns and blind spots

    • Clear integration into ongoing practice

    • Show up as you are. No pretending, no performing. Just you, your body, and your questions.

    • Bring your real work. We’ll use your actual sessions, the messy, uncertain ones, to decode:

      • Where did your breath go?

      • Did you lean in because the client needed it… or because you did?

      • Were you choosing, or reacting?

    • Get reflection, not judgment. A small group of experienced coaches helps you see what you can’t see alone. Not to critique but to sharpen your discernment.

    • Leave with embodied self-trust and deeper presence. Steadier timing. Cleaner boundaries. A practice that feels sustainable, not suffocating.

  • You will likely continue being a capable coach.

    You may also continue:

    • Working slightly harder than your clients.

    • Filling silence before the client has fully arrived at their own insight.

    • Allowing self-criticism to speak louder than self-trust.

    • Experiencing gradual emotional fatigue.

    • Carrying process ownership that belongs to the client.

“I am grateful for having Jessica as a coach during my ICF Level 1 coaching course.

She immediately got me involved, curious, and at ease. She is an authentic, smart, open-minded professional who, above that, has a great sense of humor. Absorbing the valuable knowledge that she shared is important, and even more important is to see how a professional coach appears and acts, incorporating all this knowledge into practice. She is an example to follow!
