Embodied Presence and Confidence
Group Coaching for Multicultural Leaders

Many multicultural leaders are capable, experienced, and respected, yet still feel an added pressure to perform leadership, get it right, or prove credibility.

Working across cultures, languages, and systems often comes with unspoken expectations:

  • to adapt quickly

  • to be “easy”

  • to not take up too much space

  • to constantly self-monitor

Over time, this can show up as self-doubt, over-preparation, or feeling less confident than your experience would suggest (aka feeling like an impostor).

This program focuses on strengthening internal self-trust, so confidence and presence become more natural and sustainable, especially in high-pressure or cross-cultural environments.

What the Embodied Presence & Confidence Group Coaching program is

This is a 6-week, small-group leadership coaching program for multicultural and globally mobile leaders who want to lead with more confidence and presence, without over-adapting, over-preparing, or second-guessing themselves.

Embodied Presence & Confidence is a body-based group coaching experience focused on how you actually show up in real leadership situations: meetings, decisions, conversations, and moments of stress. It’s a guided coaching container. It’s experimental and experiential.

What we focus on

  • Leadership confidence under pressure

  • Presence and credibility without performance

  • Trusting your judgment and decisions

  • Leading without over-adapting or people-pleasing

  • Using the body as data for leadership (body-based coaching)

  • No prior experience with embodiment or body-based work is required.

This program is not:

❌ A leadership training or course

❌ Therapy

❌ Skills-based instruction or competency training

❌ A networking group or discussion circle

❌ A passive learning experience where you can stay on the sidelines

This program is for you if:

  • You are a global citizen or multicultural leader

  • You work or navigate across cultures, languages, or systems

  • You want to feel more confident and credible as a leader

  • You notice yourself over-preparing, over-explaining, or second-guessing

  • You want leadership presence that feels natural and authentic, not performed

  • Sarah M., Lawyer, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

“Jessica is an excellent coach and working with her is a wonderful experience that I highly recommend.  I focused my coaching on work-related stress and, as a result, multiple colleagues have commented on a remarkable change in my resilience and positivity.  With Jessica's guidance, I was able to find an invincible source of peace and joy within my mind which I am consistently able to access throughout my day. The guided visualisations that Jessica uses worked very well for me.

I learned to recognize physical symptoms as being indicators of negative thoughts, and how to reframe, redirect and transform those thoughts to serve me. I had particular success reframing my work-related stress into a positive force. I was able to let go of limiting beliefs and substitute positives ones, all the while focusing on my core values. Jessica helped me surpass my goals to the point where I have an overall sense of calm and wellbeing at work and throughout the rest of my life.

  • MS, Senior Consultant & Coach

“I strongly recommend Jessica Vogt as a mentor. Aside from being a great coaching teacher, during our sessions, she also demonstrated a high level of sensitivity, great listening skills and she also understood and respected everyone’s pace while ensuring that we followed a structured approach. I really enjoyed my coaching journey with her and felt that I was in safe hands. She is a wonderful combination of wisdom and empathy and brings out the best in you.“

  • Lucile Traineau, Language Coach

"I am very fortunate to be working with Jess as my Mentor and Coach during my coaching training. She's always attentive to my needs and provides support, by showing active listening, positivity and sharing very useful insights. During the mentoring sessions, I always feel heard and respected while also being stimulated and challenged to grow my coaching skills. At the end of each session, I leave feeling like I've gained confidence and new ideas to try. I greatly recommend Jess as a Coach and a Mentor."

  • Julie Higgings, Director of Julie Higgins Coaching and Consulting

“Jessica is a very supportive mentor. Her strong presence and deep listening skills enabled me to feel safe in the space. Her support and feedback was balanced and informative. Jessica's style is warm and intuitive, enabling me to be at ease with her insights and observations. This support helped me to build my coaching competence and think about my practice in new and interesting ways. I learned a lot from Jessica as she was open and honest and she felt like a true and trusted partner in my coaching development."

  • Evelyn Chung Foliot, Facilitator and Certified Life Coach

"Her ability to provide targeted tips and guidance has been instrumental in shaping my skills and approach. Despite the inherent challenges of transitioning into coaching, her attuned and open demeanor created a conducive learning environment. What sets Jessica apart is her empathy, her curiosity and diverse experience in life transitions. Her insights extend beyond theory, incorporating real-life scenarios and practical solutions that have enriched my training. Navigating the complexities of coaching and personal transitions became more manageable under her guidance. Jessica's expertise, empathy, and genuine commitment to her mentees' success make her an exceptional mentor coach."

  • Steve O’Hearn

“Jessica has an amazing ability to reflect back thoughts and help bring clarity to ideas. Jessica clearly laid out the role of a coach, which gave me clear guidelines to work within during our sessions. In such a fast paced work environment it becomes easy to look to others to give you the solutions rather than looking within yourself. Jessica asked the right questions, and guided me in gathering my thoughts in order to help me find real solutions to the work-life balance goals I had laid out for our sessions. The ability to look deeper within myself allowed me to find answers that I didn’t know I had, which in turn helped me be a better leader of people within my organization. Jessica exceeded my expectations with her active listening techniques, and rather than jumping in to provide guidance, allowed me to talk my way through complex scenarios in order to grow as an individual. I would highly recommend Jessica for anyone looking to improve themselves within the workplace, but also in their personal life.”
