Coaching Supervision
You are a coach who would like to :
increase your confidence in your coaching skills and strengths
gain greater clarity on your coaching style
explore client or personal challenges
Supervision is be the right fit for you to grow and embody who you are as a coach!
What is Supervision?
Supervision is focused on the development of the coach themself. The conversations are deeply reflective and mainly about how the coach perceives themself in their practice, and who they are as a coach (their style, their approach, their learning development).
EMCC Global’s defines supervision as:
A safe space for reflective dialogue with a practicing supervisor, supporting the supervisee’s practice, development and well-being.
The purpose of supervision is:
To ensure the supervisee maintains appropriate professional standards
To facilitate the development of the supervisee’s professional practice
To provide support for the supervisee’s well-being
Examples of supervision topics:
Increasing my confidence
Honing my authentic coaching style
Discussing client related challenges
Talking about some personal coaching challenges
Exploring implementing new habits or routines in my coaching practice
Developing my coaching presence
Managing my own well being as a coach
Appreciating what I do well as a coach
Asking questions about ethical concerns
How does supervision coaching look like with me?
All individual supervision sessions are 60 minutes and take place online.
The supervision program Coach As You Are includes a total of 10 sessions. We’ll decide the rhythm of the sessions together so it supports your practice rather than adds pressure.
My approach is embodied. I draw on evidence-based somatic and embodiment methods to help you inhabit the coach or leader you already are. Think of it as shifting from “knowing the tools” to living them — the way a musician eventually becomes the instrument.
You don’t need a coaching credential to join. The program is open to coaches at any stage, as well as leaders who use coaching skills in their day-to-day work and want a deeper, safer space to explore their practice.
If you’re curious, reach out and we can see together whether this is a good fit.

I encourage you to keep a self-reflection notebook where you capture your insights, questions, and challenges. Many coaches also jot down what they notice in their body during sessions — moments of tension, ease, intuition, or emotion — as these often hold valuable information.
Before each supervision session, take a moment to clarify what you hope to explore and what you want to get out of our conversation. A few quiet breaths or a short grounding pause can help you arrive with a clearer sense of intention.
Make sure you’re in a space where you can move a little if you need to — stand up, stretch, shift position, or simply breathe more freely. Embodied work benefits from a bit of physical room, not just mental space.
Come with your coaching challenges, questions, and reflections — and also with an openness to noticing what happens in your body as we explore them. Your embodied reactions can offer useful clues and often help your thinking become more spacious and creative.

Our supervision sessions offer a collaborative, non-judgmental space to step back and reflect on who you are as a coach and the vision you have for your practice.
You’re invited to bring the experiences, insights, and experiments that are shaping your work. Together, we’ll explore new perspectives and possibilities for navigating challenges with more ease, presence, and clarity.
Because my approach is embodied, we’ll often slow down and pay attention not only to the story you tell but also to what shows up in your body — the tension, the breath, the impulses, the quiet wisdom that often speaks before words do. These moments help you access deeper layers of insight and develop the capacity to “coach from the inside out,” rather than from technique alone.
With support and empathy, we may go deep and gently challenge the places where you feel stuck or stretched. Your emotional and physical reactions are part of the process. Naming them, noticing them, and understanding their patterns is a powerful way to grow your self-awareness and strengthen your presence with clients.
You’re responsible for setting your goals, reflecting between sessions, and trying out new approaches or habits. And, as you know from coaching, learning is not linear. Honour your rhythm. Be patient and compassionate with yourself as you expand your range as a coach.
