Stress: everyone knows about it, have experienced it, have seen people having it and everyone wants to get rid of it, for valid reasons. We spent lots of energy, money and time finding ways to try and control this common enemy: from meditation, breathing, massages, walks in nature, etc… We are repeatedly told stress is bad for us and we believe it.
