Do you want to be true to yourself?

Are you seeking clarity about what matters most to you?

Do you want to build confidence and strengthen your relationships with others?

My Personal Coaching approach will help you :

  • Clarify your CORE values and align your choices with them

  • Prioritize efficiently what truly matters to you

  • Boost your confidence in your life and work

  • Develop your communication and empathy skills

  • Create more space and calmness in your life

  • Learn to say NO by implementing stronger boundaries

  • Increase your self-compassion and self-empathy

  • Improve your resilience and ability to deal with setbacks

So how are we going to make this happen?

The Personal Coaching approach has 2 levels:

  1. How does it work? (Coaching Process)

  2. What does it look like? (Coaching Program)

How does it work? (Coaching Process)

I expect clients to give the Coaching Process a 6 month-minimum commitment. In my experience, 6 months is a good timespan to implement long-lasting changes.

The Coaching Process involves 2 phases:

  1. Foundations:  In the first 3 months, we’ll explore (not necessarily in the below order, but to give you an idea of the topics we’ll discuss):

    • Your Vision & Your Why

    • Your Values, Strengths & Limiting Self-Talks

    • Your relationship with yourself & others

    • Your communication, confidence & challenges

    • Actionable Goals

  2. Deepening: In the next 3 months, we’ll go deeper into topics/challenges of your choosing.  Each deepening session, we focus on what you choose to talk about. You’ll be responsible for coming prepared with a topic for the session.

At the end of each session, we’ll co-create actions/assignments you’ll commit to doing between sessions or in the long-term.

Note:

This is only a general outline - the Coaching Process is not linear. I co-create the Coaching Process with my clients based on what they need and what is most important at that given moment in their life/work.
